Zur Erweiterung unseres schlagkräftigen Teams im Zentrum Baden-Badens suchen wir ab sofort

ein pfiffiges Organisationstalent / Allroundfachkraft (m/w/d)

Bei dieser anspruchsvollen Tätigkeit unterstützen Sie uns in allen Belangen, die in einem digitalisierten, modernen und touristischen Dienstleistungsunternehmen anfallen. Aufgrund der Komplexität und Vielzahl unserer Reisen behalten Sie auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick. Unsere anspruchsvollen Kunden werden von Ihnen (schriftlich oder telefonisch) kompetent und stilsicher beraten.

Folgende Eigenschaften sollten Sie für diese Position mitbringen:

  • touristische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung ggf. auch mit Studium
  • Bereitschaft, sich schnell in ein neues Berufsfeld einzuarbeiten
  • souveräner Umgang mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • als Organisationstalent sind Dir Büroabläufe nicht unbekannt
  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse – gerne weitere (romanische) Fremdsprachen
  • sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbes. Outlook, Word und Excel)
  • Hohe Affinität zum Internet
