Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • einfache Bürotätigkeit
  • Durchführung von Reservierungsbestätigungen und Buchungsbestätigungen
  • Gästeempfang, sowie Gästebetreuung
  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails
  • Besetzung des Telefons
  • ...und vieles mehr!

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Büromanagement wünschenswert
  • Sie verfügen über Computerkenntnisse
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sie sind im Besitz eines Führerscheins und verfügen über einen eigenen PKW (aber kein Muss)
  • Sie sind zuverlässig

Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung (DATEV) ist erforderlich.

Gewünschte Arbeitszeit täglich zwischen ca.08.00 und 13.00 Uhr möglich (ggf. auch darüber hinaus, je nach Aufkommen). Abstimmung erfolgt in Absprache mit Herrn Ritzer.

Zwischen 15 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche, je nach Saisonzeit.
