  • ROLE OVERVIEW
  • We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Senior Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in organizational change management. The ideal candidate will support and execute change initiatives across client engagements — helping organizations adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. This role is well-suited for a consultant who is ready to take ownership of workstreams, build stakeholder relationships, and help Organizations in their transformation journey.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the planning and execution of change management strategies across mid-to-large transformation programs for Cloud ERP Implementations (Preferably Oracle / SAP / Microsoft)
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and readiness surveys to track adoption progress.
  • Develop and distribute change communications — including newsletters, FAQs, leadership messages, and intranet updates.
  • Coordinate change champion networks and facilitate regular touchpoints to sustain engagement across business units.
  • Track and report on change KPIs, adoption metrics, and resistance patterns to program leads.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with mid-level client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather input and address change-related concerns.
  • Prepare stakeholder briefing materials, status updates, and presentation decks for program governance reviews.
  • Act as a reliable day-to-day point of contact for change-related queries from business users and project teams.
  • Support the development of training materials — including quick reference guides, e-learning modules, and facilitation guides — aligned to program timelines.
  • Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, participant tracking, venue or virtual setup, and post-training feedback collection.
  • Assist in designing blended learning journeys that reinforce behavior change and skill-building over time.
  • Maintain training trackers and learning management system (LMS) records to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Manage assigned change workstreams with limited supervision, escalating risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the development of change toolkits, templates, and playbooks for internal reuse across the practice.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline; Business, Finance or Supply Chain preferred.
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in organizational change management within consulting or industry environments.
  • Working knowledge of ADKAR or PROSCI change management methodology.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, Cloud ERP implementation, or supply chain change programs is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to draft clear, concise content for varied audiences.
  • Comfortable facilitating small to mid-sized workshops and training sessions independently.
  • Analytical mindset — able to interpret data from surveys and feedback to make recommendations.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate) is a plus.
  • Exposure to SCORM/AICC standards and LMS platforms is desirable.
  • CERTIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification or ADKAR practitioner credential.
  • Foundation Associate for any Cloud ERP (Supply Chain, Finance)
