Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen

Orthopädieschuhmacher-Meister (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Filialleitung/ Werkstattleitung
  • Personalführung und -motivation
  • Steuerung und Organisation des Personaleinsatzes im zuständigen Bereich
  • Reparaturen und Neuanfertigungen in der orthopädieschuhtechnischen Werkstatt (z.B. Einlagen-, Leistenbau)
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden im Innen- und Außendienst (Beratung, Maßnahme, Anprobe, Abgabe von Hilfsmitteln etc.)
  • Betreuung unserer Auftraggeber im Innen- und Außendienst
  • Beratung von Fachkreisen über Einsatz und sachgerechte Handhabung der Medizinprodukte

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Prüfung zum Orthopädieschuhmacher-Meister
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung
