Description

Orthopedic Centers of Colorado (OCC) is actively looking for a new fellowship-trained Orthopedic Joint Replacement and Reconstruction Physician to fill a position for our new clinic opening in October 2025. As the largest orthopedic group in Colorado, OCC remains a private practice multi-specialty orthopedic group consisting of 70 orthopedic surgeons, spine surgeons, and anesthesia physicians. The applicant would work out of a new clinic located at St. Joseph’s Hospital. OCC’s unique business model not only protects entrepreneurship, but this model promotes business opportunities to remain competitive in a desirable geographical area.

A base salary is guaranteed with a bonus potential. After a period of time partnership includes access to ancillary income opportunities such as ownership in surgery centers, imaging, and physical therapy.

A new associate will have orthopedic call responsibility at the St Joseph’s Hospital.

An ideal candidate values a private practice growth mindset, including excellent patient and staff feedback and possesses a healthy desire to promote positive contributions toward the OCC partnership, group culture, and mission. Professional and personal development is encouraged as part of being a well-rounded practicing physician.

Colorado living provides a myriad of opportunities for enjoyment including scenic outdoor recreation year-round, cultural centers for the arts and higher education, highly acclaimed school districts for families, and amenities for a truly diverse population.
