## Das erwartet dich:

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von OT-Security-Standards, Prozessen und internen Richtlinien
  • Weiterentwicklung der System- und Netzwerkarchitektur sowie deren Schnittstellen
  • Einführung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des ISMS in unseren Kraftwerken am Hochrhein
  • Analyse von Assets und Prozessen, Risikoidentifikation und -bewertung sowie Definition geeigneter Schutzmaßnahmen
  • Operative Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit den Betriebsteams
  • Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit, Durchführung von Updates und Patches, Performanceüberwachung sowie Automatisierung zentraler Prozesse (z. B. Backups)
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen, Begleitung interner und externer Audits sowie Pflege von BCM- und Notfallkonzepten
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Übungen im Bereich OT-Security
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften, Informationssicherheits- und Risikomanagement sowie weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern

## Du bringst mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in IT- und OT-Systemen, insbesondere in Netzwerkarchitekturen (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Firewalls), Windows- und Linux-Servern, Virtualisierung (VMware, Hyper-V), Patch- und Update-Management
  • Erfahrung mit Steuerungs- und Leitsystemen, industriellen Kommunikationsprotokollen (z.B. Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104) sowie digitalen Kraftwerkskomponenten, Mess- und Zählertechnik – idealerweise im Umfeld kritischer Infrastrukturen
  • Erfahrung mit Managementsystemen, insbesondere ISMS und BCM.
  • Berufserfahrung in Kraftwerken oder Industrieanlagen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Vorgaben (ISO/IEC 27001, 27002, 27019, NIS2, KRITIS-Dachgesetz sowie IT-Sicherheitskataloge gemäß §11 EnWG)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, strukturiertes Arbeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Begeisterung für Cybersicherheit
  • Mobilität am Hochrhein zwischen Laufenburg und Wyhlen
