## Ihre Mission

  • Gestaltungsfreiheit: Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Durchführung und Evaluierung von praktischem und theoretischem Unterricht.
  • Innovative Methodik: Einsatz modernster pädagogischer Konzepte in der Begleitung der Auszubildenden am Lernort Theorie und Praxis.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Durchführung von Leistungskontrollen und Prüfungen in Theorie und Praxis.
  • Entwicklungspartner: Aktive Mitarbeit an der Curriculum-Weiterentwicklung und Schulentwicklung gemäß dem neuen ATA/OTA-Gesetz.

## Was Sie mitbringen sollten

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als OTA/ATA oder eine Weiterbildung als Pflegefachkraft für den Operationsdienst
  • Hochschulabschluss in Pädagogik (Bachelor, Master oder vergleichbar).
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein professionelles Verständnis für das Berufsbild der Operationstechnischen Assistenz.
