Overview

We are seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to help organizations improve and modernize their finance operations through process optimization, automation, digital transformation, and business consulting initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to assess current operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design and implementation of technology-enabled transformation programs. The ideal candidate combines strong finance process knowledge with consulting, project management, and stakeholder engagement experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation projects.
  • Develop recommendations, business cases, and operational improvement strategies.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and client discussions.
  • Contribute to business development activities, proposals, and solution design.
  • Leverage digital technologies and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Drive change management and adoption initiatives across organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in consulting, finance transformation, shared services, business process improvement, or digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of automation, process optimization, and finance operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar are a plus.
