Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Outbound Air Duct Sales Representative responsible for converting marketing-generated air duct leads into booked appointments and revenue.This individual will proactively contact prospective customers, educate them on Zerorez's air duct cleaning services, build value, overcome objections, and confidently close sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by achieving sales goals.

Primary Accountability The primary responsibility of this position is to turn marketing-generated air duct leads into booked, revenue-generating appointments. The representative is accountable for working assigned leads, creating sales opportunities, following up with prospective customers, and consistently improving conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Lead Conversion

? Make outbound calls to marketing-generated air duct leads.

? Promptly contact new inquiries and follow up with customers who have not scheduled.

? Identify customer needs and create opportunities to close sales.

? Confidently present services, pricing, and promotions.

? Overcome objections and guide customers toward scheduling.

? Maintain ownership of assigned leads through the sales process.

2. Service Knowledge & Customer Education

? Develop a strong understanding of Zerorez's air duct cleaning process and services.

? Educate customers on the benefits of professional air duct cleaning.

? Communicate service value and pricing accurately.

? Set appropriate expectations regarding appointments and technician evaluations.

3. Lead Management & Appointment Scheduling

? Schedule appointments accurately using company booking systems.

? Maintain accurate customer notes and lead statuses.

? Complete consistent follow-up with unconverted leads.

? Ensure customers understand appointment details and service expectations.

4. Sales Performance & Accountability

? Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

? Participate in call monitoring, coaching, and performance reviews.

? Maintain consistent outbound activity and follow-up practices.

? Take ownership of individual conversion and revenue results.

Performance Metrics Success will primarily be measured through:

? Air Duct Lead Conversion Rate.

? Revenue Generated.

? Total Appointments Booked.

? Revenue Per Lead.

Supporting metrics include outbound call volume, contact rate, follow-up completion, and appointment accuracy.

Requirements

Qualifications

? At least one year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center operations preferred.

? Strong communication and active listening skills.

? Confidence in sales conversations and closing appointments.

? Ability to overcome objections and build customer relationships.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Comfortable working with multiple computer systems.

? Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Previous experience in HVAC, home services, or residential sales is a plus. Bilingual skills are preferred.
