About Andaria
Andaria Financial Services is an Electronic Money Institution authorised by the MFSA in Malta and the FCA in the UK. We provide payments, SEPA and FX, embedded finance, BIN sponsorship and prepaid card issuing to fintechs, payment companies and corporates.
The role
You hunt new business across every sector outside gaming. You find where Andaria's products fit, build your own pipeline and close new clients from first contact to first live payment. The brief is wide on purpose: you test sectors, find the ones that convert and tell us where to push next. You get no inbound leads. This role requires frequent travelling.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
What you'll do
Hunting
Build and work a named target list each quarter, agreed with the CCO, across sectors within Andaria's risk appetite.
Typical targets: PSPs and payment institutions, EMIs and fintechs that need SEPA and FX rails, platforms and marketplaces that need embedded finance or payouts, card programme managers, money service businesses and remittance companies, creator and gig-economy payout platforms, and corporates with cross-border FX needs.
Prospect through your own network, calls, email and LinkedIn. Research each target's flows and current providers before first contact.
Book meetings ahead of Money20/20 Europe and the events that matter for the sectors you're working.
Testing new sectors
Propose one or two sectors to test each quarter, each with a one-page case: market size, product fit, likely compliance view and target accounts.
Run a time-boxed outreach campaign on each and report what converted and what didn't.
Turn sectors that work into a repeatable playbook. Drop the ones that don't.
Selling
Run discovery on the client's collection, payout, settlement and FX flows.
Map those flows to Andaria products: IBAN accounts, SEPA and FX, embedded finance, BIN sponsorship and card programmes through Intercash.
Prepare proposals within the rate card. Take anything outside it to the CCO.
Negotiate and sign contracts.
Compliance and go-live
Pre-screen every prospect before the first proposal: licence status, business model, ownership and source of funds. Don't spend time on businesses that won't pass.
Bring Compliance in early on higher-risk sectors, put the KYB pack together with the client and keep onboarding moving.
Stay with the client until the first live payment, then hand over to account management.
Market intelligence
Report competitor pricing, lost-deal reasons and products clients ask for that we don't offer.
Keep the CRM current and send the CCO a weekly forecast.
What this role is not
No inbound leads, referral partners or introducers. Those go to Inbound.
No gaming prospects, including PSPs where gaming is most of their volume. Those go to the Gaming manager.
No account management after go-live.
How you'll be measured
New clients live per quarter
First-12-months revenue from clients you bring live.
Qualified pipeline value and meetings booked per month.
Proposal-to-signed and signed-to-live conversion.
Sector tests run each quarter, each with a clear go or no-go.
Share of your prospects that pass onboarding first time.
Skills and Experience:
5+ years in B2B new-business sales at an EMI, PSP, bank or fintech.
Commercial knowledge of SEPA, FX, card issuing and embedded finance. You can sell the same product to a CFO and a CTO in one meeting.
A record of opening new sectors or markets, not just working one you already know.
The discipline to run high-volume outreach and still manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Working knowledge of KYB and AML onboarding. You can read an ownership structure and spot a problem before Compliance does.
CRM discipline. If it isn't logged, it didn't happen.
Fluent English. Another European language is a plus.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary plus commission .
Clear growth path and opportunities in a rapidly growing business.
Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
Hybrid Working and flexibility.
Professional development opportunities.
Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth and success.
