Wir suchen ab sofort einen motivierten Outdoor-Trainer (m/w/d) , der im Sommer Schulklassen und Gruppen bei erlebnispädagogischen Programmen begleitet und im Winter als Mitarbeiter im Skiverleih sowie Skilehrer tätig ist.

### Ihre Aufgaben

Betreuung und Anleitung von Gruppen im Outdoor-Bereich
Durchführung erlebnispädagogischer Programme in Sonneberg & Steinach
Mitarbeit im Skiverleih während der Wintersaison
Skiunterricht für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene

### Ihr Profil

Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und Gruppen
Interesse an Outdoor-Aktivitäten und Wintersport
Erste Erfahrungen in Erlebnispädagogik, Outdoor-Training oder Skischule von Vorteil
Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und kommunikatives Auftreten
Optional: Qualifikation als Skilehrer oder Erlebnispädagoge (Quereinsteiger willkommen)
