Pine Rest is seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, counseling, and treatment services for individuals receiving behavioral health care. In this role, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, deliver evidence-based therapy, and help patients build the skills and support needed for recovery.

What You'll Do

• •Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans
• •Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches
• •Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate patient care
• •Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• •Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• •Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and community resource coordination
• •Promote a recovery-focused, person-centered treatment environment

What We're Looking For

Required

• •Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• •Current full Michigan licensure as an LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent clinical license
• •Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to provide high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services
