• What You’ll DoLead the Floor

• •Serve as a trusted keyholder—opening and closing the store with confidence and accountability
• •Step into a leadership role during shifts, supporting team members and elevating the guest experience
• •Deliver exceptional, engaging service that reflects the Outside Brands culture

Own the Back of House

• •Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with accuracy and efficiency
• •Maintain organized, clean, and high-functioning stockrooms
• •Ensure products are properly ticketed, tagged, and ready for the sales floor

Drive the Experience

• •Assist with merchandising and floor replenishment to keep the store fresh, full, and inviting
• •Support Lightspeed POS transactions and ensure smooth checkout experiences
• •Help connect guests to products that enhance their time outdoors

Be a Team Player

• •Jump in where needed—retail at Outside is dynamic, and no two days look the same

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• •Retail experience preferred (keyholder or leadership experience a plus)
• •Strong organizational skills—you love systems, order, and getting things done right
• •Comfortable with physical tasks including receiving shipments, stocking product, and lifting up to 35 lbs
• •Confident communicator who can lead a shift and support a team
• •Detail-oriented and dependable—you take ownership and follow through
• •A positive, “all hands on deck” mindset
