The Outside Operations Employee is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and guests by supporting the day-to-day golf operations. This role ensures a seamless golf experience by maintaining practice facilities, assisting with golf cart operations, and providing professional, courteous service at all times.

Responsibilities

• •Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with golf bags and equipment
• •Prepare, stage, clean, and store golf carts to club standards
• •Maintain the practice facilities, including driving range, putting greens, and short game areas (e.g., picking range balls, replenishing tees, and ensuring cleanliness)
• •Manage the bag drop area and organize member bags in the storage room
• •Provide accurate information regarding club services, course conditions, and daily play
• •Assist with the setup and breakdown of golf tournaments and events
• •Ensure all outside service areas are clean, organized, and presentable
• •Monitor pace of play and communicate effectively with golf staff when needed
• •Enforce club policies in a professional and respectful manner

Requirements

• •Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• •Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• •Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• •Prior golf knowledge or experience is preferred but not required

Schedule Requirements:

Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Physical Requirements:

• •Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• •Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
