Description
Pack Off Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pack Off Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of products, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting our production processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate packaging machinery to accurately pack finished products according to specifications
- Inspect packaged products for quality, completeness, and adherence to safety standards
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of packaged items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
- Follow safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets and quality standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to operate packaging machinery and tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols
