As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP IS Retail, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Industry Solutions for the retail industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design, implement, and deliver SAP IS solutions that meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design SAP IS Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design SAP IS solutions for retail clients, ensuring that solutions meet their specific needs and optimize their retail operations. • Implement SAP IS Modules: Configure and implement SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for retail, such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce. • Develop Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that improve customer experience and increase revenue. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions. • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness. • Experience with SAP Industry Solutions: Proven ability to analyze business requirements and design SAP IS solutions for retail clients, with a focus on optimizing retail operations and improving customer experience. • Certification in SAP IS Modules: Knowledge of configuring and implementing SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for retail, such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce. • Experience with Client Relationship Management: Skilled in developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that drive revenue growth. • Experience with Cross-Functional Collaboration: Adept at working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and providing training and support to clients on SAP IS solutions. • Knowledge of Industry Trends and Regulatory Requirements: Familiarity with staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness. • SAP IS Retail Configuration: Experience with configuring and implementing SAP IS modules, including industry-specific functionality for retail, such as SAP Retail and SAP Omnichannel Commerce. • Retail Operations Optimization: Knowledge of analyzing business requirements and designing SAP IS solutions for retail clients, with a focus on optimizing retail operations and improving customer experience. • Industry Trend Awareness: Familiarity with staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and SAP product developments to ensure solution relevance and competitiveness.
