The responsibilities include but not be limited to:

• •Managing the overall package design electrical work including the schedule and key milestones. Work with different stakeholders to ensure the work is on track and meets the electrical performance requirement.
• •Gathering the inputs requirement from customers.
• •Performing electrical analysis that includes signal integrity analysis and power delivery analysis.
• •Providing recommendations/solutions in the package design parameters to meet the electrical requirements.
• •Publish the electrical design reports and get the sign-offs from customers.
• •Continuously improve in the electrical analysis work by coming up with innovations or driving efficiencies that helps improve cost, schedule, efficiency and/or quality for the design that ultimately add value to our company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Candidates with the following experience/s are encouraged to apply:

• •Strong technical knowledge of electrical field theories and electronic fundamentals.
• •Experienced in using Electrical Design Analysis software tools such as Ansys (HFSS, Q3D, SIwave), Cadence Sigrity or any equivalent software.
• •Experienced in using Package/Board CAD layout software tool such as Cadence Allegro, Mentor Expedition or any equivalent software.
• •Strong project management skills and multi tasking.
• •Strong in technical problem solving (and root causing problems).
• •Good communication in articulation, written and presentation skill.
• •Excellent team work.
