• Summary:
• As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• - Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and processes.
• - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application capabilities.
• - Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate effective use of applications.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
• - Strong understanding of application integration methodologies and best practices.
• - Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
• - Familiarity with APIs and web services for application connectivity.
• - Knowledge of low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions.
• - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
• - This position is based at our Manila office.
