Working closely and collaboratively with a high-performing, engaged R&D Packaging team, this role is an exciting opportunity to organise and execute projects in line with RDQ, Marketing and Manufacturing requirements. How You Will Contribute

• •Support the implementation of packaging projects for biscuits and baked snacks — a wonderful mix of imported and local products
• •Work closely with other R&D teams, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and suppliers to help feed the packaging funnel, considering new technologies, material market trends and packaging sustainability
• •Support the management of technical timelines, providing timely communication and outlining issues, risks and contingency plans
• •Conduct and coordinate functional testing, including analysis of data, results and follow-up recommendations and action plans
• •Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise throughout the deployment of projects
• •Ensure all Packaging Quality expectations are delivered within programmes

What You Will Bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering or a related field
• •Minimum 1 year of industry experience in the Food, Cosmetic or Nutrition industry; manufacturing experience is advantageous
• •Experience with digital tools such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, SAP, and AI tools
• •Technical curiosity and a strong eye for detail
• •Excellent communication skills
• •Basic knowledge of technical, regulatory, legal and financial affairs

This role is based on site at Ringwood.
