Job Description:

Summary:

Responsible for offering a total package solution, including package design, process development, qualification and engineering troubleshooting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Provide package solution to design/application group for package type recommendation and frame design/ material selection for flip chip /wire bonding/Al wire/ clip parts.
• •Handle assembly process and FA quality issue, verify the root cause and problem solve.
• •New package/process/material develop and monitor, lead the whole process and identify the risk point until mass production.

REQUIREMENTS:

• •Bachelor's degree, 5 above years’ work experience, Assembly process/NPI experience of lead frame.
• Be familiar with whole assembly process for wire bonding/flip chip/Al wire/Clip.
• •Be familiar with assembly material such as epoxy/solder/EMC etc. character.
• Rich engineering trouble-shooting ability for assembly defect identify.
• •Have frame design experience is preferred.
• •Know thermal and stress characterizations is better.
• •CAD/SolidWorks ability is preferred.
• •Good logical and English reading/writing.
