YOUR ROLE

As a PACO Solution Architect / Solution Designer (CMG, CMM & NRD) , you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, deployment, and migration of Nokia PACO-based solutions. You will act as the technical authority across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, Nokia best practices, and delivery standards.

You will:

• •Design and deploy solutions across at least two PACO nodes, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• •Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Nokia CMG, CMM, NRD, and PACO solutions.
• •Review, validate, and challenge Technical Solution Documents (TSDs), identifying risks, assumptions, dependencies, and potential gaps.
• •Assess software compatibility and validate dependencies across PACO, CMG, CMM, and NRD environments.
• •Produce and present High-Level Designs (HLDs) to customers and stakeholders.
• •Create Customer Information Questionnaires (CIQs) based on customer requirements, solution architecture, and network dimensioning.
• •Develop detailed Low-Level Designs (LLDs) aligned with approved architectures and customer specifications.
• •Maintain solution design documentation and manage changes throughout delivery.
• •Define migration strategies, cutover approaches, and go-live plans in collaboration with Technical Project Managers and customer teams.
• •Review implementation activities, validate Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and support deployment execution.
• •Lead bug scrubbing activities and ensure production readiness before go-live.
• •Create Functional and Non-Functional ATP Test Object Lists (TOLs) and support acceptance testing activities.
• •Provide advanced troubleshooting support during integration, migration, testing, and post-production phases.
• •Analyze logs, traces, alarms, and performance data to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• •Deliver knowledge transfer sessions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Support project closure activities, lessons learned documentation, and knowledge management processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in telecommunications network design, deployment, integration, or solution architecture.At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Nokia PACO solutions, including CMG, CMM, and NRD platforms.Proven experience designing and deploying solutions across multiple PACO nodes.Strong expertise in:
• •Nokia CMG
• •Nokia CMM
• •Nokia NRD
• •PACO-based architectures

• Solid experience with:
• •Technical Solution Document (TSD) reviews
• •High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) creation
• •Customer Information Questionnaire (CIQ) preparation
• •Solution dimensioning and capacity planning
• •Migration strategy and go-live planning
• •MOP validation
• •ATP and TOL preparation

Strong understanding of Telecom Core Network architectures and cloud-native deployments.Experience assessing software compatibility, system dependencies, and solution readiness.Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.Comfortable interacting directly with customers, leading technical workshops, and presenting solution architectures.Experience working within project delivery environments and using tools such as JIRA.
