PACS/RIS Verification Engineers (RT)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PACS verification engineer with expertise in Verification & Validation (V&V) to manage and maintain Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) in a healthcare IT environment. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of PACS, RIS, HL7, and DICOM, along with experience in system testing, validation, and compliance to ensure seamless image and data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Perform Verification & Validation (V&V) of PACS systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• •Develop test strategies, test cases, and automation frameworks for PACS systems.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve PACS-related issues while ensuring system performance and reliability.
• •Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards, regulatory guidelines, and data security policies.
• •Lead and mentor teams in testing and validation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• •3-6 years of experience in PACS, RIS, HL7, and DICOM.
• •Strong expertise in Verification & Validation (V&V), system testing, and compliance.
• •Experience with automation tools for healthcare IT testing.
• •Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
• •Experience in the Healthcare IT industry is a must.
• •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• •AI literacy, including a foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, AI-assisted medical imaging workflows, prompt engineering, and validation of AI-based healthcare applications.
