Der Düsseldorfer Verein arbeit & integration unterstützt seit fast 30 Jahren psychisch erkrankte Menschen bei der Rückkehr ins Arbeitsleben. Zu diesem Zweck führen wir Maßnahmen im Auftrag der Deutschen Rentenversicherung und des Jobcenters durch.

Für die fachlich-rehabilitative Arbeit mit unseren Klient*innen suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Arbeitsanleiter*in/ päd. Fachkraft in Teilzeit.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Anleitung unserer Teilnehmenden bei der Gartenarbeit
  • Anleitung unserer Teilnehmenden bei gestalterischen Tätigkeiten wie z.B. Kränze binden oder Töpfern
  • Optional Durchführung von Trainings- und Unterrichtseinheiten
  • Erstellung von individuellen Kompetenzprofilen

Ihr Profil

  • pädagogisches Geschick mit der Fähigkeit einfache sowie komplexe Inhalte verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
  • Hintergrundwissen im Bereich Garten/Botanik
  • selbstständiges, engagiertes sowie kollegiales Arbeiten in einem multiprofessionellen Team
  • Organisationsfähigkeit
  • kommunikative und soziale Kompetenzen
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und min. einjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung, Aus- und Weiterbildung o.ä.
