# Zur Ergänzung unserer bestehenden multiprofessionellen ambulanten Teams im Landkreis Nienburg suchen wir per sofort (m/w/d) u.a.:
- Pädagog:innen,
- Sozialpädgog:innen sowie Sozialarbeiter:innen
- Erzieher:innen,
- Sozialassistent:innen,
- Schulbegleiter:innen sowie päd. Mitarbeitende an Grundschulen,
# Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:
- Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe
- Erziehungsbeistandschaft
- Systemische Familienberatung
- begleitete Umgänge
- Schulbegleitung
- ambulante Haus- und Familienpflege

Geboten werden u.a.:
- ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis
