Wir suchen ab sofort im Haus Maria Goretti eine Mitarbeiterin im Gruppendienst 70 % - Stellenumfang befristet als Abwesenheitsvertretung für die Dauer der Abwesenheit der Stelleninhaberin, längstens bis zu deren Rückkehr

Aufgabenbeschreibung: 

  • Begleitung und Anleitung der Bewohnerinnen im Alltag gemäß der Hilfeplanung
  • Betreuung einer Wohngruppe im Rahmen des Bezugsbetreuersystems
  • Planung, Durchführung und Reflexion von Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten
  • Aufnahme und Entlassung von hilfesuchenden Frauen
  • Erstellung von Hilfe- und Teilhabeplänen für die Bewohnerinnen
  • Übernahme einer Wohngruppe im Rahmen der Bezugsbetreuung
  • Stellen und Ausgeben der ärztlich verordneten Medikamente für die Bewohnerinnen
  • Führen der Dokumentationssysteme

Wir erwarten:

  • Abschluss als staatlich anerkannte Erzieherin, Heilerziehungspflegerin, Krankenpflegerin, Ergotherapeutin oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zu eigenverantwortlichem Handeln
  • Klare und verbindliche Kommunikation, sicheres Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schicht- und Wochenenddienst (keine Nachtdienste)
  • Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
  • Flexibilität
  • Identifikation mit christlichen Grundwerten
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit psychisch kranken Menschen oder in der Behindertenhilfe von Vorteil
