Durch Beratung, Bildun, Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen und Ausbildungsstellen sowie Weiterqualifizierung geling berufliche Integration und eröffnet neue Lebensperspektive. Dies ist das wichtigste Ziel von Arbeit und Bildung e.V. als gemeinnützigem Verein.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören:

  • Pädagogische Begleitung und Beratung von Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund auf dem Weg in Arbeit und Ausbildung
  • Vermittlung in Arbeit und Ausbildung
  • Akquise von Teilnehmerinnen
  • Evaluationen und Dokumentation
  • Netzwerkarbeit

  • Abgeschlossenes pädagogisches Studium oder vergleichabre Qualifikation
  • Demokratische Grundhaltung und Identifikation mit unserem Leitbild
  • Kenntnisse der Zielgruppenspezifischen Bedarfslagen und zugehöriger pädagogischer / didaktischer Methoden
