IHR TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH

  • Sie begleiten Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen in deren jeweiligem Umfeld (Hausbesuche).
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kund*innen entwickeln Sie einen Betreuungsplan zur erfolgreichen Alltagsbewältigung und der Strukturierung des Tagesablaufs (keine pflegerischen Tätigkeiten).
  • Sie unterstützen beim Kontakt zu Behörden, Einrichtungen und Institutionen.
  • Sie fördern zielorientiert die Wieder- bzw. Neuentdeckung von Ressourcen und
  • unterstützen Ihre Kund*innen beim Erlernen eines adäquaten Umgangs mit der Erkrankung

IHRE QUALIFIKATION

  • Pädagog*innen (Bachelor Pädagogik/Erziehungs- und Bildungswissenschaften, Master Sozialpädagogik oder Erwachsenenbildung), Sozialarbeiter*innen, Psycholog*innen (mindestens Bakkalaureat), diplomierte psychiatrische DGKP
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im sozialpsychiatrischen Bereich wünschenswert
  • ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Empathie, Hands-On-Mentalität und Reflexionsbereitschaft
  • Routine im Umgang mit EDV-Systemen (speziell MS Office)
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Das Bruttomonatsgehalt bewegt sich je nach Erfahrung zwischen € 3.348,90 und € 4.050,30 auf Vollzeitbasis gemäß SWÖ-KV Vwg. 8.
