Der Verein Lebenswasser e.V. in Sonneberg sucht zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin eine/n Pädagogen, Erzieher oder Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) für folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Mitarbeit im offenen Jungendtreff "ALL IN" im sozialen Brennpunkt (Problematik: Alkohol, Drogen, Migration, Perspektivlosigkeit)
  • mobile, offene Arbeit/aufsuchende Jugendarbeit im Stadtteil
  • Mitarbeit im Kinderhaus "Kunst& Spiel" mit offenen und altersspezifischen Angeboten für 6 bis 12 jährige Schulkinder
  • Planung und Durchführung von Projekten
  • Gewinnung, Anleitung und Begleitung von ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeitern
  • Netzwerkarbeit mit anderen Einrichtungen der Jugendarbeit und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Die Stelle umfasst grundsätzlich 75%, aktuell wären auch 100% auf Zeit möglich (40h/ Woche).

  • selbständiges, eigenverantwortliches und kreatives Arbeiten
  • Team-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung
  • Mitgliedschaft in der Evangelischen Kirche oder in einer der zur Arbeitsgemeinschaft Christlicher Kirchen (ACK)gehörenden Kirchen
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • PKW Führerschein
