  • Aufgaben:
  • Qualitativ hochwertige Freizeitgestaltung, Betreuung und Förderung in der Einrichtung und Versorgung mit Mahlzeiten
  • Unterstützung beim Erfüllen schulischer Pflichten (in Zusammenarbeit mit der Schule)
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Umsetzung des pädagogischen Konzeptes
  • Kooperation/Schnittstelle mit Schulerhalter (Gemeinde) und Schule
  • Wir erwarten:
  • Ausbildung zur/zum VS- oder MS Lehrer:in, Freizeitpädagog:in, Sozialpädagog:in, Elementarpädagog:in mit Hortausbildung vorzugsweise mit Praxis in der Schulkindbetreuung
  • Fähigkeit Kinder im sozialen Lernen zu fördern und bei den Schulaufgaben zu unterstützen
  • soziale Kompetenzen
  • Flexibilität
  • Empathievermögen und Geduld
  • Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Innovationsfähigkeit in der Gestaltung der Bildungsarbeit und Betreuung der Kinder
