Wer wir sind:

Das Haus am Kirschberg ist eine Einrichtung der Jugendhilfe und bietet in gemeinnütziger Trägerschaft Hilfen zur Erziehung in vielfältigen Formen an.

Unsere Einrichtung am Mühlweg betreut als stationäre Jugendhilfeeinrichtung Mädchen im Alter von 12 - 20 Jahren aus dem Grenzbereich Jugendhilfe/Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie.

Wir erwarten eine stabile Persönlichkeit, die sich in das bestehende Fachteam kooperativ und konstruktiv einbringt. Akzeptanz und Verständnis für die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Jugendlichen ist die Grundlage unserer Arbeit.

  • Bereitschaft zur Supervision und Interesse an Teamarbeit
  • affirmative, empathische Grundhaltung
  • Kommunikationskompetenz und Engagement
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung
  • Umsetzung der konzeptionellen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Konzeptentwicklung und deren Umsetzung
  • Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur erlebnispädagogischen Gestaltung von Gruppenangeboten
