Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

# pädagogische Assistenzkraft (m/w/d) für die Luisen-Krippe

Es handelt sich um eine bis zum 31.12.2027 befristete Vollzeitstelle. Der Einsatzort ist die Luisen-Krippe in der Hinüberstraße 12, 31675 Bückeburg. Die Betreuung der Kinder erfolgt dort montags bis freitags in der Zeit von 7:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr.

Eine besondere pädagogische Ausrichtung der Luisen-Krippe ist die tiergestützte Pädagogik. Dabei kommt Therapiehund Wanda zum Einsatz und bereichert den pädagogischen Alltag auf besondere Weise.

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung der Kinder
  • Individuelle Förderung der Kinder im emotionalen, motorischen, sprachlichen, kreativen und kognitiven Bereich

## Ihr Profil:

  • Nachweis eines Bildungsabschlusses gemäß § 9 Abs. 3 NKiTaG beispielsweise als sozialpädagogische Assistentin/sozialpädagogischer Assistent, Kinderpflegerin/Kinderpfleger oder Spielkreisgruppenleiterin/Spielkreisgruppenleiter
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
