Mit rund 160 hauptamtlichen und 300 ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter*Innen ist Kaleidoskop e.V. ein kompetenter und zuverlässiger Partner für pädagogische Kinder- und Jugendarbeit im Rhein-Main Gebiet. Für Städte, Schulen und Unternehmen organisieren und betreuen wir Ferienspiele, Tages- und Wochenprojekte sowie Ganztagsangebote an Schulen. Wir arbeiten an unseren Standorten in multiprofessionellen Teams in einer wertschätzenden Atmosphäre.

Für unsere beiden neuen Ganztagsstandorte an der Goetheschule und der Eichendorffschule in Offenbach suchen wir engagierte Unterstützung, die Kinder im Schulalltag begleitet und gemeinsam mit uns einen lebendigen Ganztag gestaltet.

Dein Profil

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Offene und freundliche Persönlichkeit
  • Pädagogische Vorerfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Begleitung von Kindern im Grundschulalter
  • Gestaltung des Ganztagsalltags gemeinsam mit dem Team
  • Planung kreativer, sportlicher oder thematischer Angebote
  • Förderung von sozialem Lernen und Selbstständigkeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Schule und Team
  • Mitwirkung an Teamsitzungen und Konzeptentwicklung
  • Eigene Ideen und Stärken aktiv einbringen
