Die Kolping-Mainfranken Gruppe ist ein Unternehmensverbund für schulische und berufliche Bildung in Mainfranken mit zurzeit ca. 480 hauptberuflichen Mitarbeitenden. Wir unterhalten verschiedene Ausbildungs-, Schulungs- und Fortbildungseinrichtungen, Förderschulen in Schweinfurt und Würzburg, Jugendwohnheime in Würzburg und Schweinfurt, verschiedene Projekte im Bereich Jugendsozialarbeit sowie drei Tagungs- und Seminarzentren. Im Bereich Ganztags- und Mittagsbetreuung sind wir in ganz Mainfranken tätig.

Ihre Tätigkeit

Als pädagogische Betreuungskraft in der Ferienbetreuung übernimmst du gemeinsam mit einer weiteren Leitungsperson die zentrale Rolle bei der Organisation und Betreuung der Ferienbetreuung für Kinder im Alter von 6–12 Jahren.

  • Vor- und Nachbereitung der Freizeitaktivitäten vor Ort
  • Durchführung der Freizeitangebote
  • Anleitung Freispielaktivitäten
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung
  • Kommunikation mit Eltern

## Ihr Profil

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Zuverlässigkeit
  • Wünschenswert:
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von oder Teilnahme an Ferienfreizeiten, Jugendgruppen, Schulbetreuung o. Ä.
