\*\*Wir suchen wir ab sofort eine/n, herzliche/n, motivierte/n pädagogische Mitarbeiter/in (m, w, d).\*\*

In unserer kleinen und familiären Mittagsbetreuung werden 25 Kinder der Klassen 1 bis 4 liebevoll betreut.

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Kindern im Grundschulalter
  • Hausaufgaben­betreuung und Freizeitgestaltung
  • Planung und Organisation des pädagogischen Alltags

Wir wünschen uns

  • einen liebevollen Umgang mit Kindern
  • Teamgeist und Engagement
  • Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse ab B2
  • Kreativität, Spaß und Freude an der Mitgestaltung des Betreuungsalltags
  • Führungskompetenzen wie Konfliktfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Offenheit für eine effektive und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen, Eltern, der Schule und dem Vorstand
  • ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse um bei der Hausaufgabenbetreuung unterstützen zu können
  • idealerweise Erfahrung in der Kinderbetreuung bzw. Hausaufgabenbetreuung
