Der Caritasverband für die Stadt Castrop-Rauxel e.V. berät und betreut Menschen in verschiedenen Lebenssituationen. Er unterhält vielfältige ambulante und teilstationäre Einrichtungen in Castrop-Rauxel und setzt sich für gerechte und soziale Lebensbedingungen ein.

Unsere Strukturen bieten eine enge fachliche Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Diensten im Verband. Dies ermöglicht eine umfangreiche interdisziplinäre Unterstützung der Klient:innen.

Für unsere Interdisziplinäre Frühförderstelle suchen wir eine

engagierte Pädagogische Fachkraft (Heilpädagogik oder Vergleichbar)

in Teilzeit.

Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Kindzentriertes heilpädagogisches Arbeiten
  • Durchführung heilpädagogischer Diagnostiken und deren Auswertung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern, Erziehungsberechtigten und beteiligten Institutionen
  • Erstellen der Dokumentation, Berichte und sonstigen organisatorischer Arbeiten
  • Regelmäßiger interdisziplinärer Austausch innerhalb des multiprofessionellen Teams

Wir wünschen uns:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Heilpädagogik, Sozialpädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit und für Menschen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC (Kenntnisse der Software Sofia)
  • Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein und nach Möglichkeit Nutzung eines eigenen PKW
