Pädagogische Fachkräfte, Sozialpädagogen, Erzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) für die Systemische Intensivwohngruppe mit traumasensibler Ausrichtung in Alsfeld-Liederbach gesucht.

In unserer Wohngruppe "Am Holzberg" leben sieben Kinder im Alter von 4 bis 14 Jahren. Viele von ihnen haben instabile Beziehungserfahrungen und belastende Lebenssituationen erlebt.

Wir möchten Kindern einen sicheren und verlässlichen Ort bieten, an dem sie Vertrauen, Selbstwirksamkeit und neue Perspektiven entwickeln können.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • pädagogische Begleitung und Betreuung der Kinder im Alltag
  • Förderung von Selbstvertrauen, Selbstständigkeit und sozialen Kompetenzen
  • Unterstützung bei der emotionalen Regulation und Alltagsbewältigung
  • Gestaltung verlässlicher Beziehungen und Strukturen
  • Entwicklung individueller pädagogischer Lösungen im Team
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Jugendamt, Schulen und weiteren Fachstellen
