  • Die Dachstiftung Diakonie sucht für eine intensivpädagogische Lerngruppe am Standort Hildesheim der Ludolf-Wilhelm-Fricke-Schule, staatlich anerkannte Förderschule mit dem Schwerpunkt emotionale und soziale Entwicklung und den Förderschwerpunkten Lernen und Geistige Entwicklung in Trägerschaft der Stephansstift Förderschulen gGmbH, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine
  • Pädagogische Fachkraft (d/m/w)
  • Wochenarbeitszeit: Teilzeit
  • Entgeltgruppe: E 8a TVDN
  • Befristung: zunächst 1 Jahr
  • ### Deine Aufgaben:
  • Sozialpädagogische Betreuung von Schülern und Schülerinnen in Einzel- und Kleingruppenförderung
  • Individuelle pädagogische Unterstützung und Förderung des sozialen Lernens
  • Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit den Gruppen der Jugendhilfe
  • ### Dein Profil:
  • Pädagogischer Abschluss mit staatlicher Anerkennung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen in der pädagogischen Arbeit mit auffälligen Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Spezielle Fachkenntnisse im systemischen Arbeiten, im handwerklichen, erlebnis-pädagogischen oder motopädagogischen Bereich sind von Vorteil; die Bereitschaft zu diesbezüglicher Fortbildung wird erwartet
  • Erwartet wird die Identifikation mit den diakonischen Zielen unseres christlich geprägten Unternehmens
