Unsere Montessori-Einrichtung schafft Räume, in denen Kinder sich entfalten und Verantwortung übernehmen dürfen. Dafür suchen wir ab sofort eine inspirierende Fachkraft , die Pädagogik  liebt und moderne Teamarbeit schätzt.

🌞 Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie begleiten Kinder anhand der Montessori Pädagogik in ihrer individuellen Entwicklung in unserem Kinderhaus
  • Sie gestalten und pflegen eine vorbereitete Umgebung, die zur Selbstständigkeit einlädt
  • Sie beobachten, dokumentieren und unterstützen die kindliche Entwicklung und fördern ihre Selbstaktivität
  • Sie arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit Eltern und Kolleg: innen
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen und Impulse in unser Team ein und gestalten aktiv Weiterentwicklungen mit

🌞 Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in oder oder pädagogisches Studium
  • Zusatzqualifikation Montessori-Pädagogik oder Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben
  • Erfahrung in der Teamleitung oder Motivation zur Führungsverantwortung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Freude an Entwicklung
  • Wertschätzende Haltung, geprägt von Respekt und Vertrauen
