Für eine Kindertageseinrichtung im Raum Stuttgart suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte pädagogische Fachkraft / Erzieher (m/w/d) für den Krippenbereich.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pädagogische Betreuung und Förderung von Kindern im Alter von 1 bis 3 Jahren
  • Gestaltung des Tagesablaufs sowie Durchführung von altersgerechten Aktivitäten und Projekten
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der kindlichen Entwicklung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern (Elterngespräche, tägliche Übergaben)
  • Übernahme pflegerischer und hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten
  • Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und pädagogischen Veranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im pädagogischen Bereich (z. B. Erzieher/in)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Familien
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
