Für die Kinder von getrennt lebenden, häufig strittigen Eltern führt der Kinderschutzbund Remscheid e.V. im Auftrag des Jugendamtes der Stadt Remscheid Begleitete Umgänge durch. Ein Begleiteter Umgang ermöglicht Kindern nach der Trennung der Eltern den sicheren und fachlich begleiteten Kontakt zu einem Elternteil in einem geschützten Rahmen und fördert die Eltern-Kind-Beziehung.

Hierfür suchen wir eine zugewandte pädagogische Fachkraft als Honorarkraft , die Eltern und Kinder professionell zu begleitet, das Kindeswohl sichert und belastende Familiensituationen wertschätzend moderiert.

Sie sollten eine wertschätzende und ressourcenorientierte Haltung gegenüber den herausfordernden Eltern mitbringen. Hilfreich sind außerdem Grundkenntnisse in Gesprächsführung und Familiendynamiken.

Sie werden unterstützt von einem qualifizierten und offenen Team. Regelmäßige Supervision ist für uns selbstverständlich.

Eine gewisse zeitliche Flexibilität ist erforderlich.
