Für unsere Elterninitiative Hohner Kinderhaus e.V. suchen wir ab dem 01.01.2027 eine pädagogische Fachkraft für den Bereich Inklusion.

Die Stelle ist zunächst bis zum 31.07.2027 befristet und hat einen Stundenumfang von 19 bis zu 39 Stunden. Eine Weiterbeschäftigung wird angestrebt.

In unserem gemütlichem Fachwerkhaus mit großzügigem Außengelände werden 37 Kinder in zwei Gruppen im Alter von 0,4 - 6 Jahren betreut. Unsere Einrichtung hat montags bis freitags von 7.15 - 16.30 Uhr geöffnet.

Wir bieten:

  • selbständige Arbeitsorganisation innerhalb des Teams

  • Bezahlung nach TVÖD

Sie bringen mit:

  • eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Berufsausbildung
  • Empathie im Umgang mit Kindern und Eltern
  • einen fachspezifischen und qualifizierten Umgang mit Kindern unterschiedlicher Förderbedarfe bzw. die Bereitschaft, einen entsprechenden Fortbildungskurs zu besuchen
  • Unterstützung des freien Spiels
  • Teamfähigkeit
