Die Gemeinde Argenbühl sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

Pädagogische Fachkraft für den Bereich Schulsozialarbeit und Koordinationskraft Ganztagesbetreuung (m/w/d)

an den beiden Grundschulen Eglofs-Eisenharz und Untere Argen Argenbühl mit einem Beschäftigungsumfang zwischen 50 und 70 %. Die Stelle ist grundsätzlich auch teilbar.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören u. a.

  • Sozialpädagogische Förderung und Begleitung der SchülerInnen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Beratung der SchülerInnen, Eltern und Lehrkräfte
  • Einzelfallhilfe und Krisenintervention
  • Organisation und Durchführung von präventiven und kompensatorischen Gruppenangeboten (soziale Gruppenarbeit)
  • Gestaltung von offenen Angeboten
  • Netzwerkarbeit innerhalb und außerhalb der Schule
  • Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Konzeptes des Ganztagesbetreuungsangebots
  • Begleitung und Entwicklung von Vereinskooperationen im Rahmen des Betreuungsangebots
  • Organisation des Betreuungsangebots im Rahmen des Ganztagesbetreuungsanspruchs

Ihr Profil:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium zum Dipl. Sozialpädagogen (m/w/d), Dipl. Sozialarbeiter (m/w/d) oder Bachelor of Arts im Studiengang Jugend-, Familien- und Sozialhilfe
  • Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortlichkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
