Kita Möwe sucht ein/e pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d)

Wir suchen ab sofort ein/e staatl. anerkannte pädagogische Fachkraft (Teil- /und Vollzeit), gerne mit der Zusatzausbildung für Integration oder Bereitschaft die Ausbildung zu absolvieren (Kostenübernahme durch Träger).

Wir wünschen uns von dir:

fundiertes pädagogisches Fachwissen in frühkindlicher Bildung

Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Eltern

Kenntnisse des Berliner Bildungsprogramms

Offenheit und Begeisterung für die Themen der Kinder

Erziehungspartnerschaftlichen Umgang mit Familien

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

Betreuung, Unterstützung und Begleitung von Kindern im Alter von 1 Jahr bis 3 Jahren

Umsetzung des Bildungs- und Erziehungsauftrages, entsprechend der pädagogischen Konzeption und des BBP

Eltern- und Teamzusammenarbeit

Partizipatives Arbeiten mit allen Beteiligten
