Ab sofort suchen wir für unser Team Eimsbüttel eine Fachkraft (Sozialpädagog\*in, Erziehungswissenschaftler\*in, Familienwissenschaftler\*in) für die ambulante Arbeit in Hilfen zur Erziehung, wie Erziehungsbeistandschaft, sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe, soziale Gruppenarbeit und Schulprojekte. Du bringst neben Professionalität auch Authentizität, Reflexionsvermögen, Flexibilität und Organisationskompetenz mit, dann bist du bei uns richtig.

Unsere Arbeit ist partizipativ und ressourcenorientiert. Sie basiert auf einer wertschätzenden Haltung sowie einer bedarfs- und sozialraumorientierten Arbeitsweise. Gemeinsam mit Eltern, Kindern, Jugendlichen und Fachkräftengestalteten wir förderliche Entwicklungsräume, in denen Menschen soziale Sicherheit gewinnen, ihre Fähigkeiten entfalten und positive Erfahrungen machen können. Du erfährst durch deine Arbeit echte Wirksamkeit.
