In ländlicher Umgebung im Kreis Borken liegt die intensiv-therapeutische Wohngruppe „Pellwormer Leuchtfeuer“ zwischen weiten Feldern auf einem Bauernhof. Hier begleitest Du in einem multiprofessionellen Team die 8 jungen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in ihrem Alltag.

### Deine pädagogischen Aufgaben:

  • Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit den Kindern und Jugendlichen den Alltag inklusive gemeinsamer Mahlzeiten, Hausaufgabenbegleitung, Freizeitgestaltung und Hygiene.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Eltern zusammen und bist im Austausch mit beteiligten Institutionen und Behörden.
  • Du führst Dokumentation und verfasst Trägerberichte für die zuständigen Jugendämter.
  • Du übernimmst das Mentoring für einzelne Kinder und Jugendliche.
