Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen

Abschluss als staatlich anerkannte\*r Erzieher\*in bzw. Abschluss

gem. § 1 Abs.1 Sächs. QualiVO

Bereitschaft zum Einsatz in den Bereichen Krippe und Kindergarten in

altershomogenen Gruppen

selbstständige Arbeitsweise in der Gruppe

hohes Maß an Empathie, Einfühlungsvermögen sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz

flexibler Einsatz im Team

Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung

Nachweis Immunstatus entsprechend Masernschutzgesetz

erweitertes Führungszeugnis ohne entsprechende Eintragung
