Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen

abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur\*m staatlich anerkannten Erzieher\*in bzw.

Abschluss gem. § 1 Abs.1 Sächs. QualiVO

Erfahrungen im Bereich der Hortarbeit

Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Eltern und Kindern

Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im offenen Konzept

Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildungen

engagierte Mitarbeit im Team

physische und psychische Belastbarkeit

Nachweis der Immunität gegen Masern

erweitertes Führungszeugnis ohne entsprechende Eintragung

Besitz eines Gesundheitspasses

PC-Kenntnisse
