Wir suchen für unsere Angebote "Begleitetes Wohnen" in Bad Driburg und Brakel je eine Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) - Ambulant Begleitetes Wohnen.

Für das Ambulant Begleitete Wohnen in Bad Driburg und Brakel suchen wir in Teilzeit Heilerziehungspfleger, Erzieher, Sozialarbeiter, Sozialpädagogen, Heilpädagogen (m/w/d) oder ähnlich pädagogisch ausgebildete Fachkräfte.
