# Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d)

### Sozialpädagoge/-in, Heilpädagoge/-in, Erzieher/-in, Heilerziehungspfleger/-in etc.

### in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (50-75%)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:

ambulante Betreuung von Menschen mit kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen in kleinen Wohngemeinschaften oder eigener Wohnung (Bergheim, Elsdorf, Pulheim)

Es erwarten Sie:

  • eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit
  • ein unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag, flexible Arbeitszeiten, teilweise als mobiles Arbeiten, kein Schichtdienst
  • eine Willkommensprämie in Höhe von 2.000 Euro brutto
  • Berücksichtigung eigener Wünsche bei der Dienstplanung
  • Fort- und Weiterbildung, kollegiale Fallberatung und Supervisionen, Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten
  • Vergütung angelehnt an den TVöD SuE (inkl. Zulage, 30 Tage Urlaub bei Vollzeit, Sonderzahlung und Umwandlungstage)
  • Möglichkeit der betriebl. Altersvorsorge

Voraussetzungen:

  • selbstständiges Arbeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gerne Erfahrung im Erstellen von Individuellen Hilfeplänen unter Anwendung des "BEI\_NRW"
  • lösungsorientiertes Denken (kreative, verantwortungsvolle Lösungen)
  • Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung
