Stellenausschreibung ISE-Maßnahme 1:1 Betreuung eines Jugendlichen

Die ISG (Integrative sozialpädagogische Gruppenarbeit) Jugendhilfe gGmbH ist ein gemeinnütziger freier Träger der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe.

Die ISG Jugendhilfe gGmbH ist im ambulanten, sowie im teilstationären Setting aktiv.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine

Pädagogische Fachkraft oder Fachkraft mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation

ca. 30 Stunden/Woche

Ihre Aufgaben

Ambulante 1:1-Betreuung eines Jugendlichen im Rahmen einer

ambulanten Intensivpädagogischen Einzelmaßnahme

  • Wahrnehmung von Terminen (Ärzte, Physio, verschiedene Institutionen)
  • Unterstützung bei Verselbständigung
  • Förderung der Freizeitgestaltung

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Offenheit, Kreativität, Einfühlvermögen, Flexibilität, Konfliktfähigkeit und Humor
  • Wertschätzung und Kooperation im gegenseitigen Umgang
  • gutes Fachwissen für ISE-Betreuung
  • Freude am Gestaltungsfreiraum und an der ISE-Arbeit
  • Führerschein ist erwünscht (nicht zwingend erforderlich)
